We are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate fee‑earner (2+ years PQE) to join our dedicated Private Client team of 14. This role primarily involves:
- Probate and Estate Administration: Managing a variety of cases, from basic estates (below the inheritance tax threshold) to more complex taxable estates requiring IHT400 forms and relevant schedules.
- Wills and LPA's: Assisting clients with estate planning, drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and undertaking Court of Protection work.
All our team in Private Client have completed Dementia Friends training and are members of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2+ years of PQE working in a private client department, managing their own caseload
- Be a team player who is flexible, self‑sufficient, and adept at managing a diverse client base, including older clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
- Possess strong IT skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
