The Overlap spans sports including football, rugby and cricket and is home to fan debates, exclusive interviews, and the smash-hit series Stick to Football.

The long-form conversations with the biggest names in football, politics, business and world sport have set a new benchmark for authenticity, insight and storytelling.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for creative, collaborative people who are passionate about great storytelling and want to help shape the future of sports media by creating content that fans genuinely care about.

Your Role

This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Overlap is looking for a highly organised, proactive Partnerships Producer to deliver branded campaigns across video and audio.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role for someone who can manage projects from brief to delivery, keep multiple stakeholders aligned, and ensure content goes out on time and to a high standard.

You’ll play a key role in campaign delivery across video and audio, covering scripting, scheduling, quality control and reporting, whilst working closely with clients, talent, editorial and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing video and audio campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Coordinating schedules, deliverables and stakeholders.
  • Writing scripts for branded content.
  • Working with in-vision talent, editorial and production teams on shoots and content delivery.
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality control video and audio output, including advert placement.
  • Tracking campaign progress, schedules and delivery milestones.
  • Reporting on success metrics.
  • Travelling to London when needed to deliver production output.
  • What You’ll Need
  • Experience delivering campaigns in a production or content environment.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with in-vision talent.
  • Strong scripting, admin and organisational skills.
  • Basic editing skills in

Adobe Audition or similar.

  • Experience working in a live production, news desk or deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities. A broad understanding of sport and ideally a good awareness of The Overlap’s current output.

Experience with Acast or a similar audio distribution platform is beneficial, but not essential.
