Why this role exists: Inbound is rising. You’ll qualify demand across our three pillars (AUTONOMY / OPS / CAPITAL), create first meetings, and learn a tight discovery motion.
What you’ll do (first 90 days):
- Learn the motion: scripts, objections, qualification (weeks 1-2)
- Run multichannel outreach: LinkedIn voice/video notes & email (No cold calling, we automate it)
- Qualify inbound from content/events; book SQLs
- Keep clean CRM notes; update pipeline and next steps daily
- Shadow founder calls; progress to running discovery in 12-16 weeks
Must-haves:
- Clear written English; confident on camera/voice
- Organised, coachable, financially driven, competitive; comfortable with numbers
- Ability to hold a confident but friendly conversation with anyone. We are not looking for someone with extensive sales training.
Nice-to-haves:
- Any SDR experience sales; basic CRM exposure.
Compensation & benefits:
- £30,000-£35,000 base + OTE £50,000-£60,000 (uncapped, realistic)
