We are currently recruiting for our client who are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to support the Head of Supply Chain with end to end supply chain processes across a complex and fast moving operation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers by managing supply chain queries and delivering exceptional support.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers on supply chain matters, ensuring clear communication and representing our client professionally.
- Customer Facing: Represent the business directly with customers on all supply-related matters, providing timely updates and solutions to maintain service excellence.
- Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day supply chain operations, including material planning, scheduling, and stock control.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop supply chain coordinators/planners, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to reduce waste.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve supply chain performance.
