We are currently recruiting for a Retail Account Manager to take ownership of a key grocery retail account; Iceland Foods. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual to manage and grow a high-value retail partnership within a fast‑paced food environment. The role reports directly into the Head of Retail and offers significant autonomy and responsibility.
The Role
As Retail Account Manager, you will take full commercial responsibility for the Iceland account, currently worth circa £20 million, managing a portfolio of approximately 10-20 SKUs. You will lead on sales performance, relationship management, and growth strategy, working cross‑functionally with internal teams including NPD, Technical, and Commercial.
