We are seeking experienced and commercially astute Regional Sales Managers to drive growth, protect existing business and expand brand presence across four key territories:

  • North Yorkshire
  • East Midlands
  • West Midlands
  • South Wales

This is an exciting opportunity for senior sales professionals with proven on-trade drinks industry experience and an established network within pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and wholesalers.

Candidates must have previous on-trade drinks sales experience. This is an essential requirement for the role.

You'll be a commercially driven sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven track record of delivering growth in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

These roles will suit individuals who thrive on autonomy, enjoy winning new business and are confident managing established accounts, distributor relationships and commercial opportunities.

You'll act as a trusted territory expert, helping to shape sales execution, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver sustainable volume and visibility growth across your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow distribution, volume and visibility across your territory.
  • Win new business through prospecting, cold calling and identifying opportunities within your market.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts to protect distribution and unlock organic growth.
  • Build strong relationships with on-trade customers, wholesalers and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial success.
  • Use sales data and CRM tools to spot opportunities, track performance and support territory planning.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate agreements and support investment decisions where required.

Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Previous field sales or territory management experience within the on-trade drinks industry .
  • Strong knowledge of the UK on-trade market, including pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and wholesalers.
  • A proven track record of winning new business while growing existing customer accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to use sales data to guide decisions.
  • A collaborative, self-starting approach with excellent organisation and time management.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

You may currently be working as a Regional Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Manager within the beer, cider, spirits, soft drinks or wider on-trade drinks sector and be ready for your next move.
