Concept Developer Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum Reports To: Concept Manager Overview: We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Concept Developer to join our Innovation team. This is an exciting role responsible for developing innovative food products that align with market trends, customer expectations, and commercial targets. You’ll lead product development from concept to customer presentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop innovative food products in response to customer briefs, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks, consumer trends, and business objectives. * Identify, brief, and source new raw materials in accordance with the company’s raw material sourcing policies. * Collaborate with the Packaging Innovation Manager to ensure packaging solutions are functional, innovative, and fit for purpose. * Deliver product development in line with internal stage gate processes and ensure all procedures are followed. * Support the Concept Manager in ensuring that all development-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time. * Organise and lead organoleptic assessments (taste panels) throughout the development lifecycle to ensure consistent product quality. * Work cross-functionally with teams including Technical, Commercial, Procurement, and Operations to ensure alig…
