Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic retail accounts, delivering joint business plan (JBP) success.
- Use shopper and market insights to inform commercial strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Take full accountability for grocery channel P&L, driving profit growth through commercial negotiation and partnership delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and NPD teams to introduce new products and implement compelling brand campaigns in store.
- Proactively spot market trends and activate opportunities to bring the brand to more customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail stakeholders, championing a collaborative and commercially savvy approach.
