About Our Client
- £250m turnover, aiming for £300m in the next 3 years
- Two UK sites with 1,500–2,000 employees

Role Overview
As a Process Technologist, you'll be at the heart of the NPD team, working within a large factory across their Ambient section, helping to bring new products to life and ensure a smooth transition from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and validate process trials
- Manage projects with a focus on critical paths and efficiency
- Work closely with the NPD and Production teams to deliver successful product launches
- Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
Skills & Experience required
- At least 6 months' experience as a Process Technologist, or
- 6–12 months' factory experience gained as part of a Food Science/Food Technology degree
- Food Science/Food Technology degree
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A proactive, ambitious and forward-thinking approach
- Bakery experience would be beneficial but is not essential
