Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts through strong relationship management and customer engagement.

  • Serve as a customer advocate internally—feeding insights and feedback into product and service development.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure account excellence.
  • Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs and growth targets.

Experience and Credentials
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the Foodservice or HORECA sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hunter mindset and track record of achieving ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships, from contract caterers to hospitality operators.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
