This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in supporting global market expansion, distributor activity and operational planning across established and emerging markets. Role Overview
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners, you will support the commercial assessment, launch planning and operational implementation of new and existing market activity. You will help ensure products are introduced and managed effectively across a variety of territories, while supporting distributor performance, pricing activity and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial assessment, operational planning and delivery of market entry activity across developing and established territories.
- Liaise with internal teams and third‑party distributors to ensure smooth operational support for launches and ongoing business growth.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of new market activity.
- Maintain and manage distributor databases, ensuring accurate data input, follow‑up actions and reporting.
- Support product launches and revisions by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and distribution partners.
- Act as a commercial contact for selected distributors, supporting tender activity, pricing agreements and day‑to‑day queries.
- Contribute to project work focused on launch acceleration, route‑to‑market development and operational efficiency.
- Gather, review and validate commercial data to assess new market opportunities and identify barriers to entry.
- Support the development of practical solutions to mitigate operational and commercial risks.
About you
You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a commercial mindset. You'll be comfortable working across multiple projects and building trusted relationships with colleagues and external partners across the UK and internationally.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams or project environments.
- A background in commercial operations, sales operations, supply chain or a related field.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A good understanding of operational and supply chain processes.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent time management, communication and organisation skills.
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of bid bonds and letters of credit would be beneficial, though not essential.
