Company Overview: An established and growing food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team at a modern, highly automated production facility in Fife. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, continuous improvement and teamwork are key. You will play a vital role in ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently while contributing to ongoing engineering projects and site improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive maintenance and fault finding to minimise production downtime.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across automated production equipment.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of new and existing machinery.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Work closely with production and other site departments to support operational performance.
