We're on the lookout for a Retail Account Manager to lead the commercial strategy and category development for a key retail customer, managing everything from NPD to sales analysis, and building strong relationships that drive long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the commercial relationship & full P&L for a leading retail account
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead category development
  • Use data & insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Manage the full project lifecycle — from NPD sessions to critical paths
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Commercial teams
  • Forecast, analyse, and optimise sales performance
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews & range analysis
  • Seek out new retail and foodservice opportunities
