Are you a commercially savvy, relationship-driven individual ready to take ownership of a major retail account? We're on the lookout for a Retail Account Manager to lead the commercial strategy and category development for a key retail customer, managing everything from NPD to sales analysis, and building strong relationships that drive long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the commercial relationship & full P&L for a leading retail account
- Identify growth opportunities and lead category development
- Use data & insights to drive strategic decisions
- Manage the full project lifecycle — from NPD sessions to critical paths
- Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Commercial teams
- Forecast, analyse, and optimise sales performance
- Deliver quarterly business reviews & range analysis
- Seek out new retail and foodservice opportunities
