I'm currently partnering with multiple manufacturing businesses in Elgin who are strengthening their engineering teams. These are great opportunities to join well established operations where engineering is genuinely valued and plays a key role in overall site performance.
The Opportunity
These roles will suit electrically biased engineers who enjoy being hands on, solving problems and improving equipment reliability. You will be involved in fault finding, preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement activity across site. You will work closely with production and wider teams to keep operations running efficiently, reduce downtime and support ongoing site development.
