The opportunity
- Developing and executing the UK commercial strategy
- Winning and growing partnerships across gastronomy, foodservice and commercial catering
- Building and leading the UK team as the business scales
- Managing the UK P&L and cash flow
- Representing the business with customers, at industry events and in senior commercial discussions
- Contributing to group strategy as a key member of the leadership team
About you
- Deep knowledge of the UK gastronomy and foodservice market
- A strong industry network and a track record of opening doors
- Outstanding commercial judgment and communication skills
- Experience building and motivating high-performing teams
- Confidence managing P&Ls, cash flow and sustainable growth
- The resilience, energy and hands-on approach required in a startup environment
- A genuine passion for high-quality, sustainable food and ingredients
