A leading, rapidly expanding FMCG food manufacturer in East Glasgow is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to spearhead the rollout of Lean and CI projects across their factory site. This is a pivotal, days-based position where you will directly influence production efficiency, eliminate waste, and elevate product quality. Key Responsibilities of the CI Coordinator

  • Championing Lean Initiatives: Present, facilitate, and lead high-impact Lean improvement events and workshops across the factory.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis, leverage Business Central Data, and use precise measurement methods to map and document clear process improvements.
  • Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver concise reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), tracking milestones, engagement, and alignment with our global Lean agenda.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with floor-level production teams to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
