A leading, rapidly expanding FMCG food manufacturer in East Glasgow is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to spearhead the rollout of Lean and CI projects across their factory site. Key Responsibilities of the CI Coordinator
- Championing Lean Initiatives: Present, facilitate, and lead high-impact Lean improvement events and workshops across the factory.

- Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver concise reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), tracking milestones, engagement, and alignment with our global Lean agenda.
