Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns, overseeing creativity, design, implementation, and performance tracking.

Manage product packaging, POS, assortment, and innovation to enhance market relevance and competitiveness.

*

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through product and market development.

*

Conduct market research to assess demand, identify trends, and establish consumer profiles, ensuring optimal market segmentation and positioning.

*

Analyse competitor actions and positioning to develop strategic responses and maintain a competitive edge.

*

Propose, allocate, and monitor resources for each brand and campaign, ensuring efficient budget management and ROI tracking.

*

Coordinate with importers, commercial teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent implementation of brand strategies.

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve common objectives.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in brand management or marketing.

Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills.

Experience with ATL and BTL campaigns, product development, and market research.
