A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Account & Sales Development Executive to join a growing consumer-focused business within the UK.
This role will suit someone from the food, drink, or FMCG industry who loves building relationships, driving commercial growth, and creating long-term customer value.
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting existing accounts while identifying and capturing new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
The successful candidate will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to strengthening the brand’s position in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new UK customers.
- Identify, target, and secure new sales opportunities to deliver on growth targets.
- Support in managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective sales and marketing solutions.
- Track market and competitor trends to inform commercial decision-making.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and input into forecasting and planning.
- Previous experience in account management or sales within FMCG, food, or drink sectors.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for developing customer partnerships.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.

- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
