We are looking for someone to join our friendly hospitality team at Outward Bound Aberdovey. Could this be the job for you?
Contract: Permanent. 24 hours a week.
Salary: £14,967, plus benefits. £12 per hour.
Hours of work: 24 hours a week. The shift pattern will predominantly be Monday – Thursday, starting at 1600 and finishing at 2230.
Location: Aberdovey. The centre is located a short distance from the village.
Closing date: 09.00 Monday, 6 January 2025

Most of them have never left the city they live in, never mind felt sand between their toes, climbed a mountain and seen a sheep! Without great food, they simply won’t have the physical energy to power through their week. Join our small and friendly team and know you’ll also have your chance to influence things such as our menu choices, environmental impact and much more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Outward Bound you will have more than just a regular hospitality job. Your role will bring you into contact with our course participants, contributing to the magic moments in their learning and adventure experience. What is important to us is your fit with our values and vision to deliver inspirational outdoor learning to young people. You’ll need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, have good personal presentation, be professional and friendly, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll work in a large, spacious kitchen and dining room, helping our catering team to prep and serve wholesome, home cooked meals to up to 180 young people.
