Salary: £26,539. £13.61 per hour, plus great benefits. Real Living Wage Employer.

37.5 hours per week. Permanent position. Live-out.

We are on the lookout for a super-organised, hands-on Lead Housekeeper to join our team and help keep our centres sparking clean and welcoming.

You\'ll be the go-to person for all things housekeeping and lead a small team to keep our outdoor learning centres clean, comfortable and adventure ready. This hands-on role includes managing supplies, overseeing laundry, and ensuring a warm, welcoming stay for every guest.

You\'ll be friendly, dependable, with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in housekeeping leadership is a plus, but full training will be provided. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment are key.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Leading, training, and inspiring our fab housekeeping team, including conducting appraisals

  • Supporting rota planning and deep cleaning schedules

  • Managing housekeeping stock, including ordering and laundry coordination

  • Ensuring compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, and service standards

  • Deputising for the Head of Hospitality as needed

  • Reporting maintenance issues to Facilities - no leaky taps on your watch

  • Delivering excellent customer care

  • Pitching in across hospitality when needed – we\'re all team players here

Hours of Work: 08.00 – 16.00, mainly Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend working.
