We're a growing marketing agency based in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire specialising in working with financial services, legal and accountancy companies. Our business is very diverse – we act as the marketing department for businesses, as well as providing ad hoc marketing services such as copywriting, design, social media content etc. In addition, we have launched a content sharing platform, Content Streams, enabling our client firms to engage more effectively with their existing clients (normally consumers) and help to acquire new clients. Content Streams supports websites, blogs/articles, social media, video, podcasts and HTML emails. Our clients include financial adviser networks, wealth managers, fund managers and law firms throughout the UK.
The role, within the web support team, is vital in ensuring our digital platform, Content Streams, operates smoothly and effectively to support our clients' needs. The role will involve:
- Supporting the maintenance and development of Content Streams.
- Managing and updating client websites.
- Responding to client requests.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web applications.
- Assisting in website updates, maintenance and content management.
- Supporting front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Liaising with developers and designers to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of web support processes.
- Documenting technical procedures and user guides to facilitate team knowledge sharing.
About you
This might be a great first job as training and support will be provided. However, you will need to have either relevant degree level qualifications or some previous work experience. In addition, you will ideally have:
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of web hosting environments and cloud services like AWS is advantageous.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
