This programme is crafted for smart professionals of colour with 4+ years of experience in fields like business development, finance, HR, legal, marketing, operations, or strategy, aiming to transition into the luxury, fashion, beauty and media industries, with an existing knowledge base.

• Learn: Participate in exemplar workshops and networking events led by industry experts.
• Mentorship: Receive personalised guidance to support your career transition.
• Resources: Access industry networks and potential employers.

Requirements:

• Person of colour, currently working outside luxury, fashion, beauty and media.
• Passionate about transitioning into these sectors.
• Able to attend 8 evening workshops and a networking event in central London.
• UK resident with the right to work.
