The Outsiders Perspective is on a mission to increase ethnic representation across the luxury, fashion, and beauty industries. We work closely with some of the world's most prestigious brands, creating meaningful programmes and events that drive real change. We are a small, ambitious team and every role here carries genuine impact.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant & Events Coordinator to support the smooth running of our programmes, events, and day-to-day operations. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is genuinely excited by the world of luxury — and by our mission within it.

You will be the connective tissue of the team: keeping events on track, holding people accountable, managing communications, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. From the first invitation send to the final post-event debrief, you will be across the full event lifecycle.

  • Manage the full event lifecycle from planning through to post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate with venues on logistics, catering, food and drink requirements, and on-site setup.
  • Handle all printing requirements for events — materials, programmes, name cards, and collateral.
