We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Fractional Executive Assistant to support the smooth running of our Founders' diary and their day-to-day operations. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is genuinely excited by the world of luxury — and by our mission within it. You will be the connective tissue of the team and our key senior brand contacts and stakeholders. A critical element of this role is creating and maintaining alignment across the team on meeting activity, purpose and taking a critical path approach to meeting preparation and management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a detail-oriented diary, meetings and travel arrangements confidently and autonomously.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between executives, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead meeting agendas ensuring key insights, updates, and actions are captured effectively.
- Draw information out of individuals and stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple teams and external partners.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Be highly adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing guidelines, shifting priorities, and evolving goal posts.
- Anticipate executive needs proactively and identify solutions before issues arise.
- Demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and a calm approach when managing ambiguity and last-minute changes.
