About the Role
The Head of Finance is responsible for crafting the strategic direction and management of the Finance team at the BFC, working closely with the COO to strengthen the financial position of the Organisation. This role will ensure that the wider BFC is kept abreast of any financial, taxation or compliance developments and will help to translate our vision into deliverable financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Support the COO and internal board in developing and executing the finance strategy and creating the annual budget and 3‑year financial plan aligned with the BFC’s strategic goals. Provide clear financial insight and analysis to drive informed decision‑making at the executive level.
- Team Leadership: Sage 200 experience beneficial. Proven self‑starter who can take responsibility and exercise initiative. Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
