As THE OUTNET continues its journey, we are looking for an IT & Technology Specialist to support and enhance the day-to-day technology experience for our teams. This is a hands-on, highly visible role, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related support while also helping to establish core workplace technology processes, systems, and standards. You’ll play an important part in enabling productivity, supporting onboarding, and helping shape a modern, efficient tech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for all IT and workplace technology issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee technology issues in a timely and user-focused manner
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a technology perspective
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and manage services
- Develop and implement a structured IT ticketing system
- Manage the business hardware and software licensing needs
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems as the business evolves
- 3+ years in an IT support, service desk, or workplace technology role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems, and common workplace applications
- Experience managing user accounts, licences, and access controls
