As THE OUTNET continues its journey, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a critical role in supporting the people agenda during a period of significant change. This is a unique opportunity to build and embed modern HR foundations, implement new systems and ways of working, and actively contribute to the development of a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our people strategy supports both immediate needs and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Foundations & Systems
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of core HR systems, including HRIS and payroll.
- Establish clear, scalable HR policies and processes that support consistency and employee experience.
- Manage employee benefit programs, overseeing health insurance, life assurance and group income protection.
- People Agenda & Employee Experience
- Partner with leadership to help define and deliver the people agenda aligned to business priorities.
- Actively contribute to shaping talent management, performance, and development frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, working with agencies and hiring managers.
- Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation projects.
- Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth, well-functioning, and engaging workplace environment.
- Act as key point of contact for office-related suppliers and service providers.
- Support office planning, facilities coordination, and health & safety compliance.
- Partner with IT and Finance to support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
