Are you enthusiastic about fun, adventure, promoting play outdoors & children developing new skills? We've got a lot going on in 2026 and we're always looking for positive, proactive & hard‑working individuals to join us. You’ll be working at holiday clubs, after‑school clubs, birthday parties & workshops. This job is seriously fun and you'll be spending a LOT of time outdoors!
Essential Requirements
- You want to work with kids!
- You're up for having a great time outdoors whatever the weather throws at you
- Organisational skills
- Hard working & proactive, willing to get stuck in
- The ability to work well within a team, communicate, be on time and reliable
Nice to Have
- Driver
- Previous experience working with Primary School aged children
- Existing enhanced DBS on the update service
- Paediatric Level 3 First Aid
Availability
- All school holidays 8am – 4pm (February, Easter, Whistun, Summer, October & December)
- Available term‑time Monday – Friday 2pm – 5pm
- Available for Saturday work
- Flexible with hours – i.e. Depending on the season, booking numbers and workload of team you can be flexible to meet the needs of the business

Recruitment process: Likely to be a phone or Zoom interview initially and if successful we will invite you to attend a trial shift and/or face‑to‑face interview.
Start date: Start immediately to train ahead of Summer Holidays
Pay: Your pay rates will depend on your experience, age and qualifications. Uniform will be provided.
