Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Set up and configure laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and user accounts
  • Maintain accurate records using our ticketing system and escalate complex issues
  • Support system rollouts and deliver user training
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, procurement, and software licences
  • Document IT solutions and contribute to policy and knowledge base updates
