Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and configure laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and user accounts
- Maintain accurate records using our ticketing system and escalate complex issues
- Support system rollouts and deliver user training
- Manage IT equipment inventory, procurement, and software licences
- Document IT solutions and contribute to policy and knowledge base updates

Qualifications
