The Outdoors Group Ltd seeks a passionate SEN support worker for The Outdoors School, an independent, outdoor-based special school for learners with SEMH and ASD. You will support a tutor group, provide crisis and needs-based support, and help with behaviour planning and recording.
You will contribute to assessments, write reports, and adapt learning activities to each learner's needs, across KS2 to KS4. This is a term-time, 40-week-per-year permanent post, requiring DBS and safeguarding
