We’re a fully independent restaurant, café and record store in the centre of Orpington. We celebrate fresh, seasonal produce and premium coffee, and host breakfast, lunch, Friday dinner, supper club and themed evening events. Our team is the foundation of our success and we actively involve them in menu ideas and guest experience.
About you
You have a proven passion for hospitality and food quality. You will lead a front‑ and back‑house team, coach and inspire staff, and support the business through training, menu development, financial targets and guest engagement. You should bring at least two years of supervising/management experience in premium hospitality and strong coffee expertise.

Employment Details
- Work type: Part‑time, hourly paid, 21-24 hours per week over a 3‑day week
