Are you a proactive IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and driving technology improvements?
Do you want your work to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with disabilities?, Reporting to the Digital Transformation and Data Manager, you will provide first-class IT support to staff while helping to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure.
This role combines hands-on technical support, systems administration, cybersecurity, project support and stakeholder engagement.
You will act as a key liaison between users and our Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and systems remain secure and operational.,
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents both remotely and on-site.
- Support and maintain key IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services and business applications.
- Work closely with third-party IT providers and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, system updates and patch management.
- Maintain accurate asset management records and IT documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and user access.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and technology improvement initiatives.
- Produce project documentation, reports and progress updates.

- Experience in IT support, service delivery or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Share Point, Intune, Active Directory and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, servers and business applications.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Desirable
- Relevant IT qualification.
- Experience using tools such as Datto RMM, Autotask or Snipe-IT.
- Experience supporting projects and producing reports or dashboards.
- Knowledge of assistive technology, digital inclusion or educational technology.
- Understanding of Tech Ability standards and accessibility best practices., Challenging attitudes towards disability
