The Original Tour Limited are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Street Sales Executives to join our London team. This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while driving revenue through product and service sales. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, present suitable solutions and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing customers
- Providing accurate product, pricing and service information
- Selling products and services while maximising revenue opportunities
- Promoting offers, discounts and new services
- Answering customer questions and handling objections professionally
- Processing sales transactions and handling payments
- Working closely with the wider sales and retail teams
- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and behaviours
- Maintaining strong product knowledge at all times
