Overview
The Original Factory Shop, established in 1969, brings big brands at bargain prices to Britain’s local high streets. We source “must buy” quality ranges at unbelievable prices across fashion, beauty, home and more. With stores nationwide, we offer big brands up to 70% off. We are excited to offer a Supervisor (30 hour contract) to join our Garstang team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Management team in creating a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
- Support front-of-store or behind-the-scenes operations and supervise the team to achieve the store’s goals.
- Contribute to delivering excellent customer service and achieving challenging targets.
Qualifications
- Retail experience preferred.
- Strong customer service focus with ability to meet targets and work well in a team.
