Overview
The Original Factory Shop is a community retailer offering big brands at bargain prices. We operate stores nationwide and provide customers with up to 70% off across multiple departments including fashion, beauty, home and more. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the Wigton team.
We are seeking an ambitious Store Manager (perm contract) to create a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work. You will lead the team, engage with customers, act quickly to maximise the business, and continuously introduce ideas to improve the customer experience. You will lead from the front and encourage engagement with the local community to deliver top results. You will work hard yet keep it fun.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver a great customer experience.
- Act quickly to maximise sales opportunities and drive results.
- Lead from the front, motivating, managing and supporting colleagues.
- Engage with the local community to support store performance and community presence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Retail Management experience with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales- and results-driven environment.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
- Suitable for candidates with experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager.
