We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor (30 hour contract). As a Supervisor you will assist the Management team in creating a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work. Whether front-of-store or behind-the-scenes, this role demands a real commitment to customer service and an ability to supervise the team to deliver the store’s goals. If you have retail experience, understand good customer service, have the ability to meet challenging targets and can work well in a team then we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management team in creating a friendly, customer-focused environment and help the store deliver its goals.
- Supervise the team to ensure high standards of customer service and store operations.
- Contribute to achieving challenging targets and maintaining a positive shopfloor environment.
