Location: Castle Douglas, Scotland, United Kingdom
Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team to create a friendly, welcoming and customer‑focused environment.
- Drive sales and maximise business performance by acting quickly and consistently seeking new ideas.
- Engage with customers, deliver outstanding service and ensure all team members contribute to a great customer experience.
- Encourage community engagement and local area collaboration to deliver top results.
Qualifications:
- Retail Management experience.
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- Strong ability to motivate, manage and support a team.
- Understanding of a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
- Existing Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager preferred.
