We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Stranraer team. As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to create a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results. You will provide support with motivating the team, be passionate about engaging with our customers, and work with the team to deliver against the store’s sales targets. As we are a proud community retailer, you will actively encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results. You will work hard yet keep it fun! With our exciting plans ahead, there are excellent growth opportunities to potentially run your own store in the future.
We are looking for individuals with management retail experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. You will have previous experience working within a fast-paced sales and results-driven environment, including experience of managing and engaging a team. If you are an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor, or a Team Leader, then we would love to hear from you.
