Location: Bolton Office (Hybrid 3 days per week on site)Department: Commercial

We’re currently looking for a Apprentice Concessions Assistant to support our growing commercial function. This role will sit within the Fashion & Footwear team, working closely with our Concessions Manager and external partners to ensure a smooth and successful operation of our concession offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Concessions Manager in planning, reporting, and managing the critical path from start to finish.
- Acting as a key point of contact between concessions and our retail teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinating operational activities and helping to drive commercial success.
- Managing communications between concession partners, stores, and the head office – including promotions, sales updates, visual merchandising guidelines, and retail standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to handle pressure.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
