- Making outbound calls on behalf of the businesses, including professionally chasing outstanding debts
- Assisting with the testing, documentation, and development of new software and internal systems
- Updating, maintaining, and quality-checking project, action, and financial registers
- Drafting accurate, well-structured emails and letters to clients and suppliers on behalf of the businesses and their clients

- Strong IT skills (training can be provided)
Desirable

This Role Is Not Suitable For
- Individuals who prefer loosely defined tasks or minimal structure
- Those who are uncomfortable managing detail, deadlines, and follow-through
- Candidates who dislike administrative accountability or quality checking their own work
