Overview: Care Team Leader – fixed term 12 months. Location: Madley Park House, Witney, OX28 1AT. Pay rate: £15.55 per hour, plus NVQ and weekend working enhancements available. Contracted 31 hours per week. Shift times: 06:45-14:15, 14:00-22:15, and alternative weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small care team to deliver outstanding care to residents.
- Plan, implement, review care plans through continuous assessment.
- Support Home Manager, manage time between supporting team and ensuring resident wellbeing.
- Provide opportunities for career development and clinical training.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a residential care setting.
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 2; prepared to study for Level 3.
- Supervisory experience (delegating tasks, inductions, 1:1s) not essential but valued.
- Positive role model, excellent communication, motivational ability, initiative to resolve problems.
