Location: Isis Court, Oxford.

Pay rate: £13.99 per hour (weekends £14.99 per hour).

Contracted Hours: Bank Shifts 7:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, or 4:00 pm–8:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide domiciliary care to clients living in Extra Care Housing schemes (assisted living).
  • Support clients with daily routines and personal care as needed.
  • Offer companionship and assistance with light household duties.
  • Work as part of a care team to ensure residents lead happy and fulfilled lives.
  • Adapt to varying daily tasks; no two days are the same within the same building.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience in care is beneficial; training will be provided for new entrants.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and develop a compassionate approach to resident care.
