Responsibilities
- Provide domiciliary care to clients living in Extra Care Housing schemes (assisted living).
- Support clients with daily routines and personal care as needed.
- Offer companionship and assistance with light household duties.
- Work as part of a care team to ensure residents lead happy and fulfilled lives.
- Adapt to varying daily tasks; no two days are the same within the same building.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in care is beneficial; training will be provided for new entrants.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and develop a compassionate approach to resident care.
