The Meadows Nursing Home, Didcot, Oxfordshire, is hiring a Deputy Home Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in leadership, clinical governance and day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for rota planning, recruitment, induction and mandatory training, ensuring high care standards while optimising occupancy and controlling costs.

A Level 3 Diploma and an active NMC PIN are required, with scope to progress to Level 4/5.
