ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Home Manager, you’ll be committed to providing the exceptional quality of care that we are renowned for. Motivating and leading your team to deliver the high standards of care our residents deserve, you’ll create a culture where professional and personal development is recognised and rewarded. With full autonomy to manage your resources effectively to ensure the home is financially sustainable, you’ll be able to draw on your strong business and sales background to drive the home forward, increase occupancy and build lasting relationships with a range of stakeholders. ABOUT YOU
You’ll need to be an experienced care home manager with, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent and will have relevant business qualifications and/or experience. A supportive and caring leader who empowers their team to always do their best, you’ll also be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care.
