About the role: OSJCT are looking for a vibrant individual to come and work within our dynamic and fast-paced credit control team. The role is responsible for the maintenance of data in the relevant systems to maximise cash collection and financial reporting. The role will have significant contact with our homes and services, local authorities, and other care funders. The successful candidate will be expected to build & maintain exceptional working relationships with them to deliver a service that is right first time. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to deliver excellent service through taking responsibility for what they do. They will be able to have positive and effective conversations with our residents and their relatives by balancing.
About you:
- Experience working in credit control team.
- Excellent systems experience including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level such as pivot tables and v look ups) and Word.
- Demonstrated mathematical and analytical ability.
- 3 GCSE passes at grades A-C including Maths and English (2 A Level passes at grades A*-E Level 3 Diploma ACICM desirable).
