Our services also extend to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, nursing and specialist dementia care. In this newly created role, you’ll join our senior leadership team in a unique opportunity; leading, inspiring and elevating hospitality standards across our organisation ensuring every home feels not just well led, but truly special.
About the Role
You will provide both strategic direction and operational oversight across all hospitality services, including:
- Catering through supporting admissions
- Housekeeping
- Laundry services to instil pride in our home environments
We are looking for you to drive quality, compliance and improvement through use audits, feedback and data, ensuring we meet and exceed regulatory standards while always striving for more. Naturally you will have high standards and see hospitality as key to our service delivery, leading and motivating teams to flourish and be the best they can, whilst supporting growth and sustainability. You’ll contribute to occupancy, our reputation and financial sustainability through strong budget management, supplier partnerships, and high-quality service delivery.
About You
You’ll bring a blend of professional expertise, leadership presence, and genuine warmth:
- With significant leadership experience in hospitality, catering, housekeeping or service management (ideally within care or multi-site environments)
- Understand that hospitality is care and plays a vital role in wellbeing and quality in our residents' lives
- Is passionate about high standards, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Can influence and inspire teams across multiple locations
- Is confident working with data, audits, and feedback to drive improvement
- Has strong commercial awareness, balancing quality with cost-effectiveness
- Builds positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and key external stakeholders at all levels
You will have access to your own transport and be able to visit locations across our entire portfolio, with contractual base at either Lincoln or Aylesbury.
