The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Leader at Langford View, Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will lead a small team of carers, oversee wakeful night-time checks, ensure care plans are reviewed, and maintain accurate records to support residents’ wellbeing and safety throughout the night.
