Work with the Customer Services and Digital Marketing teams to ensure accurate enquiry capture and campaign attribution.
- Insight, Reporting & Optimisation: Produce regular reports and dashboards on campaign performance, identifying key trends, learnings, and recommendations. Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Hootsuite etc.) to track and evaluate success. Use insights to inform wider marketing, content, and targeting strategies. Maintain oversight of ad spend tracking and forecasting.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align paid and organic content in theme, tone, and timing. Provide guidance and mentoring on social analytics, performance measurement, and audience growth. Support the delivery of social media training and resources to home managers. Use Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to create or adapt visual assets for campaigns. Share insights and best practices with the wider marketing team. Co-manage the Marketing inbox, coordinating responses and requests from care homes.
