About the role
Due to a recent group expansion, we have an opportunity for an experienced and talented HR Advisor to join our small, professional and friendly HR advisory team, on a fixed term basis until March 2027. This is a challenging and diverse role, providing guidance to stakeholders on integrating people practices across a portfolio of CQC registered settings, as well as giving advice on a range of employee relations topics and change activities.
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with a sound understanding of employment legislation and best practice, along with the ability to use your knowledge to advise, coach and influence operational people managers at all levels. You will be proactive and solutions‑focused, and a confident articulate communicator.
You will need to have regular attendance at our office and care home settings to build positive relationships with key stakeholders. You will be a car owner, able to commit to frequent travel across Buckinghamshire and neighbouring areas, plus some travel to our office in Lincoln and services in Lincolnshire. A DBS will be required for this role.
