Marketing Assistant Salary: £25,223 and £27,300 DOE Location: Oxford Hours of work: 37.5 per week, hybrid 2-3 days in the office About this role: The main objective of this role is to provide support for a wide range of advertising, marketing, creative design, digital and social media tasks to support OSJCT’s overall marketing strategy and objectives. What you’ll be doing: Manage the distribution of artwork, photography, and promotional resources for events as required. Ordering of short-run print marketing items (e.g. banners, leaflets/flyers, posters, promotional products) via online suppliers and requesting or creating purchase orders for these projects. Manage external suppliers to complete and deliver print resources to agreed deadlines; work closely with county-based colleagues to receive and distribute resources to homes as required. Manage OSJCT photographic library, renaming files, and storing permissions files. Amend and adjust OSJCT images, amend existing artwork and advertising files in Photoshop and InDesign, where necessary to minimise agency costs. Monitor the distribution and communication of promotional items. Manage the Trust’s JustGiving page. Managing the Marketing inbox and posting onto social media using Hootsuite. Support the Marketing and Communications team as required. Administration and organisational support for large marketing projects. Creating and emailing purchase orders as directed by the Marketing Team. Occasional travel required to work at customer events and marketing projects. Assist Marketing and Communications Director in organisation of team meetings. Including booking meeting rooms and recording minutes. Support Marketing and Communications team with gathering photo and video content for all social media channels. Support Senior Marketing Manager with Private Collection homes workload when required. Assist Senior Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer in workload planning for graphic design resource.
